Smithy’s Handyman Service has carried out repairs and maintenance on rental properties throughout Queensland for thirty years and in fact is the largest dedicated rental property specialist in the state. Over three hundred Property Managers currently use our services and many of these have been long term clients.
Whilst Paul Smith was busy running a handyman business, he recognized the need for a professional team of servicemen exclusively looking after rental properties. This service would be backed up by support staff to competently ensure that accounting and quoting procedures would be the second to none. The aim was to make the difficult job of property management that much easier at least in the area of maintenance.
