Our charges low hour rate fee. But cheap price does not mean cheap service .All jobs we carry out have a long term satisfaction guarantee (excluding natural and man-made damage). Jobs under $500 have 90 days guarantee, and jobs over $500 have 365 days gurantee.
It means if the property manager or owner doesn't approve of our work, we guarantee come back and repair at no additional cost.
We respond to work orders quickly. For any urgent work orders we provide after trading hours emergency service, including weekends.
